Bill Pador > April 08' Photo of the Day Gallery photo
Bill Pador > This Squirrel happened upon this duel branch and I managed to catch the scene which I thought was so interesting. Look at the squirrels expression, it's priceless !
Bill Pador > One of my specialty artistic shots of a simple scene of a pen a few slices of paper and reading glasses. The writing is behind the glasses which is being magnified. A Black & White conversion along with adding some old time grain topped the capture off. Makes a great piece of wall art, I should know I have one hanging on MY Wall ! *This image is for sale in the "Photo Art 4 Sale" Gallery Makes a great conversational piece
Bill Pador > Beautiful Cat during a Pet Portrait Session
Bill Pador > This is the back side of an old Caboose that must have been repainted recently. It had some really good vivid color combinations on it along with good contrast & saturation. If you look into the mesh window guard you can actually see the clear blue sky through the window on the opposite side that bleeds through the image adding to the awesome color contrast & saturation here.
Bill Pador > While pulling into my neighborhood I saw light rays coming out from some fast moving clouds so I stopped the car, fired up the D300 and the rays disappeared within 5 seconds. So I waited to see if they would return in the next set of clouds and I was able to capture this scene. Not as vivid as the original set I wanted but fair enough to make it onto the Photo of the Day! The winds were gusting at 40-50 mph all day but it helped in some really cool weather patterns in the clouds.
Bill Pador > 3/12- My little Cyber-shot U camera was laying on my desk today so I set it up in my Still Life Studio and cranked a few shots off. It was side lit using a simple 40 watt desk lamp and slow shutter speed, other then that nothing else was doe to this one.
Bill Pador > A tree in my front yard getting ready to bud some berries started flowering and figured it would make a great photo. Using my 90mm Tamron Macro lens I cranked it down to f/2.8 to blur the background out and managed to get just the one single flower in focus due to the Tamron 90mm Macros superior handling of out-of-focus areas ("Bokeh"). The SHADOW lower left is actually a full size branch !
Bill Pador > Well this is MY "LOGITECH" MOUSE that sits on my desk. I noticed some blue light reflecting off the sides and decided it would make a great photo for today's entry. I grabbed my TAMRON 90mm Macro lens and hand held the camera for this shot braced against my desk chair. A small amount of sharpening & cropping was done in post but that's about it, not much needed with this superior lens
