Bill Pador > Today's daily comes from my trip to the Pontiac Dealer to get my car looked at for an engine service light. While walking around the showroom I spotted the Brand New 2008 360hp G8 GT so I took a few shots and found my way into the dark room with a semi-boring photo.

Time for a little artistic flair on this one. So off I went into multiple layers and hand toning. I converted a B&W layer first and then hand painted certain areas to let some color thru and then flattened. Then some sharpening, dodging & burning and finally toned in certain areas with a thermal camera filter via Nik Color Efex Pro 3 to simulate heat on certain areas of the car and wall photos to finish off this abstract art piece. Time Spent: 60 Min. Hope you enjoy this one ;) ~Bill~
Bill Pador > A capture of my newest favorite toy, the "LENSBABY 3G" with a WIDE ANGLE / MACRO kit attached. This lens is pretty fun and gets some great blur (Bokeh) results. I'll be toying around with this all the time now so expect some pretty cool photos from the Lensbaby ;)
I'm going to be trying to perfect doing HDR / TONE MAPPING Photography with it (Coming Soon) so it should be pretty interesting to see the results. I'm currently educating myself on HDR techniques along with proper Tone Mapping an HDR capture. So Stop back to check on my progress one of these days. I'll also be reporting & documenting my progress in my blog about this venture.
Bill Pador > "The House On The Snowy Hill"
This was my alternate choice for my POD image today 1/13/09 because I was having a hard time deciding which one to put up. I really liked this shot because of all the lines in the hill side cris crossing across the mountain side and the forest tress & bushes creating such a huge geometry puzzle look to it. So I had to add this one to the Extra gallery because i felt it a shame to waist sitting on my hard drive.

I went with a custom B&W / selective color I created in NIK SILVER EFEX PRO which if your not aware of it is one of if not the BEST B&W conversion software package available today. VERY simple to use and has more settings then you can shake a stick at.

This Macro was shot on my way out to the driveway for the morning paper and didn't want it to go to waste. I saw the morning rain drops on the branch and saw the entire bush & my car being reflected into the single rain drop so I shot it. Take a look top center on the leave and see if you can spot the water droplet that looks like a duck face ;)

Bill Pador > I caught this Rainbow after a quick shower last night. It was amazingly big and cut across the entire sky line. Now where's my pot of gold?
Bill Pador > Added 3/20/09 - Old Tractor on some one's front lawn
Bill Pador > I've gotta get one of these for my street LOL
